Tell us which style, length, colour or cap size you are considering and what is unclear. Include the exact product name and the option you intend to select.
Orders and delivery
For an existing order, include the order number and say whether the question concerns confirmation, an address detail, delivery timing, a missing parcel or an item received. Never send payment credentials.
Returns
Include the order number, item, delivery date, whether the lace has been cut or the hair washed, and the reason for the request. Wait for handling instructions before shipping anything back.
